REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Returns & Shipping
- All of our product(s) are eligible for free returns except final sales items.
- Free returns are available for US orders only.
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our policy lasts 30 days. Item(s) must be sent (postmarked) within 30 days of the shipping date. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund 30 days after shipping date of your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn with original tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval
- Once we approved your return, we will send your free shipping label to start return shipping process.

- We recommend you keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
- Any item which is not in its original condition or damaged for reasons that are not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipping date.

- Gift cards
- Gift cards can be used on www.jandce.com only.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. White by Nature USA is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process your return as quick as possible but on occasions it may take up to 10 business days.
- Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases that are returned by mail.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have done all and you still have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us. We will do our best to clarify and resolve the situation for you.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If the item(s) are defective, damaged or size issue, we recommend purchasing new item(s) and following the return process for the item(s) you would like to return.
