- Our “Free Shipment” offer is for continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii.
- We are unable to ship APO/FPO and US Territories at this time.
- Free shipment promotions only apply to ground standard shipping.
- Orders placed by 5 pm EST Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day. Any order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Standard Shipment: 2 to 9 business days (Additional time may be required for Alaska and Hawaii)
- Express Shipment: 2 to 3 business days
- Overnight Shipment: 1 to 2 business days
- Please note that some orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment, shipping or billing information. During high volume periods, orders may need additional processing time.
- We do not offer express or overnight delivery for Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes at this time. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
- Unfortunately we will not be able to send your orders to multiple locations. In order to ship your orders to multiple locations, you need to submit separate order for each address.
- We do not provide international shipments as this time.
- Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. You can click on the link in the e-mail or sign into your account.
- If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us for authorization. If you do not accept your order without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- You may cancel your order prior to shipment. Unfortunately we are not able to make any changes once your order has been completed and placed. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is correct before submitting your order. Any fees for returned shipment due to invalid address or failed delivery will be deducted from your refund.
